These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) govern your purchases of products and services available through auraglinthub.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by AuraGlint Hub (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

These Terms of Purchase constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to form a binding contract. You shall purchase and use the products available through the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

PURCHASES

The Company may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). We reserve the right to verify your identity to process an order. The Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct errors or inaccuracies; and (iii) make changes to prices or product descriptions without prior notice.

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company attempts to provide accurate descriptions. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact our support team at support@auraglinthub.com as specified in our Return Policy.

Pricing Information

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders placed for products with incorrect pricing. We will notify you via email should this occur.

Product Availability and Delivery

Estimated delivery to your destination is typically 10–20 business days after successful payment and processing. This timeline is an estimate and is subject to change based on item availability, transit times, and customs processing. If an item is no longer available, the Company will notify you via email and cancel the item from your order.

SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS

Products purchased on the Site: (a) may not include manufacturer warranties; (b) may not include local service or support options; (c) may not have manuals in your native language; and (d) may not be designed in accordance with your jurisdiction’s specific electrical or labeling standards. It is your responsibility to ensure the product can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.

TAXES AND DUTIES

You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. Your final payment may include estimated consumption taxes or duties as applicable by law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Purchase and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
